Use your monthly credit on the included treatment, or save it for something bigger. We will help you plan the year.

Bank what you do not use

Unused credits roll over within your tier window. Travel months and life moments do not cost you treatments.

The details people ask about most.

Do my credits really roll over?
Yes. Glow credits stay valid for three months, Radiance for six months, and Icon for twelve. We will send you a quiet note when a credit is approaching the end of its window so nothing goes to waste.
Can I freeze my membership?
After your initial three months, you can freeze any tier for up to ninety days a year. Useful for travel, pregnancy, or a planned break. Banked credits stay valid through the freeze and the rollover window resumes when you reactivate.
Can I share my membership with family?
Radiance and Icon include a partner share. One additional household member can use your credits and member pricing for an extra $39 per month. The shared member books their own appointments and has their own chart.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel at any point after the third month. Banked credits stay valid for ninety days after cancellation, so you have time to use what you have already paid for.
Can I upgrade or downgrade tiers?
Anytime. Most members upgrade in the spring before a series of treatments and downgrade in the quieter months. We will move your unused credits forward, prorated to the new tier.
Do member discounts stack with promotions?
Member pricing is already better than our seasonal promotions in almost every case. When a promotion does beat your tier discount, we will quietly apply the better of the two at checkout.
